Choleys Fitness offers Personal Training Sessions.
Programs are designed specific to each individual clients based on their personal goals. As a team, we will establish S.M.A.R.T. goals and prioritize these goals. SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Action Oriented, Realistic and Timed.
Our Personal training program includes a meal plans, Fitness training programs on alternate days not attending one on one personal training session and activity logs for progress.
Our goal is to motivate you, teach you how to properly work out and get results while keeping it interesting and fun. Using heart to ensure you are reaching the appropriate target zone which is established during our 1st session. Your 1st session will include a fitness assessment and testing to better measure your success.
All personal training sessions are held at Choleys Fitness and Wellness Training Centre at no extra cost to you.
