Choley’s (Sholee’s) Fitness and Wellness Training Centre is the only 100% stadium grade artificially turfed training facility in Brockville, Ontario. Our building is 2200 square feet and we use the right training equipment for functional, stability and core strength training. We specialize in Group Fitness programs such as Ladies Boot-Camps, Fitness Kickboxing Boot-Camps and other total body training programs that are all instructed by Certified Instructors and Personal Trainers. Join others who want to train and get fit in a fun , safe and encouraging atmosphere.

Monday- 7:30 pm to 9pm- Ancho Jujitsu (Adult Co-ed class)
Tuesday – 6pm to 7:15 pm – Ladies Fitness Kickboxing (3 days a week program)
Tuesday – 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm – Yoga with Natasha Ratajczak
Wednesday- 6:00 pm to 7:15 pm – Ladies Fitness Kickboxing (2 days a week program)
Wednesday- 7:30 pm to 9pm- Ancho Jujitsu (Adult Co-ed class)
Thursday – 6 pm to 7:15 pm – Ladies Fitness Kickboxing (3 days a week program)
Thursday – 7:30 pm to 8:45 pm – Currently working on new Program TBA
– Saturday – 8:30 am to 9:30 am – Ladies Fitness Kickboxing (3 days a week program) NO SUMMER CLASSES DURING JULY and AUGUST.
Saturday – 10:00am to 10:45am – Ancho Jujitsu – Little Dragons Program for children ages 3 to 6 years old.
Saturday – 11:30am to 12:30pm – Superskids Juijitsu Program for ages 7 to 14 yrs old (Co-ed class) NO SUMMER CLASSES
– Summer Kids camp for ages 6 to 11 yrs old

FITNESS KICKBOXING BOOT-CAMP:
Drop ins are not permitted due to the nature of this class.
